_Leonor Will Never Die_ is the psychological film debut of Martika Ramirez Escobar, who also wrote the screenplay. This film was conceived in the LUANG PRABANG FILM FESTIVAL TALENT LAB in 2016 and stars Sheila Francisco as a retired screenwriter who, after falling into a coma, finds herself the action hero of her unfinished screenplay. The supporting cast includes Bong Cabrera, Rocky Salumbides, and Anthony Falcon and is a homage to Filipino action films of the 1970s and ‘80s.

Based in Luang Prabang, Laos, [Blue Chair] is a non-profit cultural organization committed to the celebration of Southeast Asian film, the growth of local and regional film industries, and the cultivation of regional audiences. We want to see a diversity of Southeast Asian stories told well and shared with the world.
