Jazz, a ringleader of local thugs, has decided to become a Buddhist monk at an isolated mountaintop temple after being tormented by his many unsolvable problems. Since then, he has become "Luang Phee Jazz." But one day, during the Songkran Festival, Luang Phee Jazz and his friends are assigned to come to Bangkok where he needs to adapt his ex-thug skills on this unexpected Buddhist-preaching mission.
