“Golden Frames in the Closet” is a film with no dialogue, in which we follow a mortuary cosmetologist preparing a child’s body for his funeral. The story reveals itself slowly, as the cosmetologist learns about the past of the deceased child by exploring the room. Putri Sarah Amelia delicately touches on questions of identity and emancipation in a film that always seems to strike the right chord.
